      Are you of Aboriginal descent, Torres Strait Islander descent or Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent?
      To be eligible for a grant the main applicant must be of Aboriginal descent, Torres Strait Islander descent or both Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander descent.

      Are you currently living in NSW?
      Grants are only open to Aboriginal people living in NSW.

      Are you buying a residential property in NSW?
      Grants are only open to Aboriginal people purchasing/building a residential property within NSW.

      Do you currently own a residential property?
      Grants are open to Aboriginal people who do not currently own a residential property.

      Are you applying as an individual or will multiple people be on the application?

      Is your taxable income more than $200,000 per annum?
      Grants are open to applicants who's individual or combined income is up to $200,000 per annum.

      Is your combined taxable income more than $200,000 per annum?
      Grants are open to applicants who's individual or combined income is up to $200,000 per annum.

      Have you saved $1,000 or more towards your deposit?
      Applicant(s) must have saved at least $1,000 or more to be eligible for a grant.

      Are you currently living in social housing?

      Are you qualified for social housing and listed on the NSW Housing Pathway Register?

      Have you qualified for the IBA Remote Indigenous Home Loan Package?
